Alleged cybersquatter agreed to surrender domain name www.msdwonline.com sought by Morgan Stanley for its new online trading service. Judge had earlier ruled that N.Y. court had jurisdiction over CA defendant, based on defendant's demand for $75,000 from Morgan Stanley to give up domain name (rejecting offer of $10,000), which judge deemed to be doing business with N.Y. plaintiff. Defendant also held numerous other domain names derived from names of major financial firms.
