Harvard University sued alleged cybersquatters under recently-enacted federal anti-cybersquatting legislation. Defendants registered 65 domain names incorporating the words Harvard and Radcliffe, and offered to sell them to the university before making them available to the general public. Suit does not seek damages, but requests an injunction barring defendants from selling names.
