In a case against the owner of esquire.com, The National Arbitration Forum (NAF) found the name confusingly similar to Hearst's Esquire magazine trademark. The panel also found that Spencer had no legitimate interest in the name and that his registering the name with the intent of selling constitutes bad faith.
