Symes represents employers and management in general and employment-related litigation and arbitration across a wide range of industries, including telecommunications, financial services (banking and asset management), retail, transportation services, manufacturing, and emerging growth technology. Mr. Symes has successfully handled complex, multiple plaintiff, and class action litigation involving such workplace topics as equal employment opportunities, wage and hour law, and disability law.
Mr. Symes also has substantial expertise in enforcing and defending noncompetition and nonsolicitation agreements, and in preventing the actual or threatened misappropriation of his clients' trade secrets and other confidential information.
