Chris Baird is an associate in the firm's Environment, Energy & Resources group. Chris focuses his practice on environmental compliance counseling and litigation. He assists clients with evaluating, monitoring and mitigating environmental compliance risks that arise under federal, state and local laws, including the Clean Air Act, the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act, the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA), and the Model Toxics Control Act (MTCA). Additionally, Chris represents clients in a variety of litigation matters, including CERCLA and MTCA allocation and cost recovery actions and enforcement actions by federal and state government agencies.
